Our History

Hardwick’s is a proudly Australian, family owned company that has been operating successfully for over forty years. In 1973 Gary and Vicki Hardwick started the business with an aim to provide premium quality beef and lamb with honest family service to their customers. The business grew and in 1979 relocated to Kyneton in Victoria’s central highlands district.


The Hardwick’s family have now made their restaurant quality product range available to the general public. Opening in 2008, Hardwick’s retail outlet, located on site at the factory premises in Kyneton, provides the public with the opportunity to purchase its quality meat products in bulk and at wholesale prices.


Hardwick’s export under the Australian approved Tier One export system. With their export quality produce being of the highest standards, Hardwick’s export into a range of countries across the world and have formed strong alliances throughout the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions.
